NAHATAK MONASTERY OF CHOCHKAN AND AKHTALA (HIKING)
The St Nahatak Monastery is a unique monument with its wonderful location in the Lori region of Armenia. We will start our impressive hiking from the village of Ayrum, from where we will reach this medieval miracle through the forest trails, and we will enjoy it. During our visit we will also have the opportunity to visit the magnificent monastery and the fortress of Akhtala-Pghndzavank.
Hike distance is 10 km (round trip). You must have hiking shoes and hiking clothes.
