ANCIENT ARTASHAT
Our next extraordinary visit is to historical Artashat. Being near the border, the visit to the Artashat ancient site requires a special permit, which our group members will have. From the village of Lusarat, we will walk to the excavation site of the underground palace/neighborhood of the capital, Artashat, on the banks of the Araks River. Do not miss this unique opportunity to see the historical layers of ancient Artashat capital.
